Create a Quick HTML Link

Perform EnterpriseSCHEDULE Tasks using Autologin HTML Links

   

This form creates an HTML Link or Embed Code that can be used to quickly access the modify, submit and view log file pages for a specific job without logging in. The link can be copied and saved as a shortcut. The Embed code can be pasted into any website or run directly from a Windows Desktop Shortcut. This allows quick access to these features for specific jobs without logging in and locating the job. After entering the data, copy the Link or Embed Code and either save it as a shortcut or paste the Embed Code into HTML.


Note: All actions described below will take place when the created link is run.

1. Set Login and Server Specifications for Quick Links (All Fields Required)








Clear All Restore Defaults
2. Select a Link type and fill in any applicable fields. Click Create Link.

Create a Quick Login Link


Check this Option to create a link that starts up and logs you into the Web Client. You can create a Desktop or HTML link for one or more of your servers running EnterpriseSCHEDULE. The Username and and encrypted password will be stored with the link to facilitate quick login.

Submission Settings










Submit Parameters (optional):


Parameters may be sent to the job when the link is run. In the case of a Quick Submit, the parameters are passed directly when the created link is clicked. In the case of a Submit that brings up a confirmation web page, a label may be assigned to the Parameter and the Parameter may be changed when the dialog appears.
