Output Format

Choose from 3 different output formats

•.log - Log of job output

•.lis List output file

•.csv - Comma Delineated output file

•.doc - doc file

•.xls - Excel file

•All - All

Output file action

Choose from 4 Output file actions to occur after job completion

•None - No action will be performed on the output file

•Copy - The output files(s) will be copied to a designated directory. This can be one of three destinations defined in a variable and selected from the dropdown in the "Copy to Path" Field.

•FTP - FTP the file to a server path designated in the FTP settings

oFTP Server - Define FTP server or ip

oFTP to path - Define the path on the server to copy the file

oUser Name - User name on the server

oPassword - Password on the server

•Send as an E-mail attachment - Send to the email list defined in the Email Addresses filed. This can be a variable /ban_controls.email list. Click the Show Value button to view the email liast defined in that variable.

If the variable JV_BANNER_LISFILE_PATH is defined as a UNC path to the List file, it will open when clicking on this link

Banner CSV file path

If the variable JV_BANNER_CSVFILE_PATH is defined as a UNC path to the CSV file, it will open when clicking on this link
